You can delete your Coop Companion account and all associated data at any time.

In-App Deletion

1. Open the Coop Companion app.

2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.

3. Confirm deletion.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

You may also request deletion by contacting us at support@coopcompanionapp.com.

FlockDoc chat conversations are automatically deleted 30 days after your last activity in that chat. Treatment plans you save to My Flock are kept until you delete them or your account.
